Along the way, we’ve faced many challenges, but we’ve managed to overcome each one – some more smoothly than others – and in the end, everything has worked out for the better.
About a year after our first team member joined, the next colleague came on board – and they’re both still part of the team today. I’m truly grateful for both of them, as they’ve become an essential part of who we are.
After that, we went through a period where several potential team members came and went – the process repeated itself a few times until we finally managed to find the next colleagues who truly fit into our team.
Today, we work from our second office with a dedicated team of 8 people, all focused on strengthening our clients’ online presence. This office has become the home of everything Seolympic and WebsitExpo stand for: unique ideas, solid foundations, and the constant drive for growth.
Over the past four years, since we started building our team and growing the business, we’ve faced countless challenges – from finding clients and maintaining a steady, growing stream of projects, to team building, client management, brand development, and consciously managing our finances. But there were other challenges too: identifying and holding onto our shared values, ensuring consistent quality in every project, improving our communication and internal processes – all while never losing sight of the fact that behind every client, there’s a story and a person.
Of course, learning never truly stops
– as I’ve mentioned before, there’s always something new to learn.
What we’ve understood and mastered so far is already ours, but what comes next still has to be discovered and learned. And that’s exactly what makes this whole journey so beautiful: you never truly “arrive.” At every new level, you need to deliver new results, face new challenges, and once you reach that level, it’s time to move forward again – because staying still is never the goal.
Currently, we provide high-quality SEO services to both local and international clients – from basic search engine optimization settings to in-depth keyword research, technical audits, and ongoing performance tracking. On the web development side, we create unique, custom-designed, and well-structured WordPress websites – solutions that truly reflect the brand identity and goals of each business. When it comes to dividing the work, I mainly lead the web projects, while Mátyás plays a key role in executing the SEO projects.
We believe that an online presence becomes truly successful not just when it looks “beautiful,” but when it’s also thoughtfully built on solid foundations.
That’s why in every project, we place great emphasis on planning, refining the details, and ensuring that the brand identity is cohesive and convincing.
